A first floor, one level condo located ocean block on Brooklyn Ave\. The condo features a master bedroom and bath; the other four bedrooms share two hall baths\. The living, dining and kitchen open up to a spacious screened in porch\. There is parking off street for two cars\. This condo is just steps to the beach, boardwalk and plenty of great local restaurants and shopping opportunities\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $254\.50\.
