WALK TO THE BEACH\! Park your car for the whole week\.\.\. the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops are all just steps away\.  24C Maryland Avenue is a three level townhome in the Ocean Block\.  Perfect for two families, it has two bedrooms, one full bath and living area on the first floor, another living room, bedroom with full bath and kitchen with dining area on the second floor, and a master bedroom with full bath, plus another bedroom and full bath on the third floor\. Wireless Internet available, three assigned parking spaces, 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits supplied,  and pets allowed \(fee required\)\. This unit also offers a wheelchair accessible elevator with access to the first and second levels and a roll\-in shower in the bathroom on the second level\.
Guests pay $210 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights\. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards \(subject to a 2\.75% Convenience Fee\)\.  We also accept E\-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.
