24 Van Dyke Ave\. unit C\- Ocean and bay view, third floor, ocean block, one level condo located on Van Dyke Ave\. The unit features two master bedrooms with en\-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms that share a hall bath\. There is a very spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area that opens up to a screened porch and a deck\.
There is parking at the condo for 2 cars and an outdoor shower\.

\*This is a non smoking unit\. There is not an elevator in the building\. \* Dog friendly with a $250 non\-refundable pet fee per dog\. Small and medium size dogs permitted \(under 60lbs\.\)\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $245\.50\.
