## Description
HILTON HEAD ISLAND\. This beautiful Southern Style retreat is located on the Robert Trent Jones golf course and offers plenty of room and comfort for guests\.

There are 12 steps to the front door where you will find a large wrap around porch\. Inside you will find a seating area with two loveseats, decorative fireplace, a reading nook and a slider to the back deck\.  A convenient half bathroom is located to the right of the front door\. 

The first bedroom to the left of the entry has a queen bed, TV and private bathroom\. The master bedroom has a king bed, two chairs with ottoman, flat screen TV, door to the back deck and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower\.

To the right of the entry is a dining room that has a large wooden table and seats 10\. Off of the dining room is a large kitchen that overlooks the family room\. It has additional seating for six plus a table and four barstools at the bar\. The family room overlooks the golf course and has two sofas, two chairs, large flat screen TV, player and a door to the deck\.

The large back deck has a table for six and a gas grill\. There are six steps down to the pool\* area with lounge chairs and additional seating to relax\. \*\*Pool is not heated November 15th \- March 1st\.\*\*

14 steps take you to the 2nd level of the house\. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which has a king bed and TV\. 

Down the hall are the fifth and sixth bedrooms that also share a bathroom\. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and the sixth bedroom has 2 double beds with a TV \(no cable\)\.

Conveniently located on the golf course and close to the beach and leisure paths, 25 Rum Row is a great choice for your next trip\.
