This beachfront 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 5th floor villa features wonderful ocean views from every window\. Upon entering, the fully equipped kitchen is on the right, perfect for preparing meals\. There is a breakfast bar for two as well as a dining table that seats four\. To the left, you will find an additional full bathroom with a walk in shower\.

The living room has been completely refreshed with all new furniture as of 2026, including comfortable seating and stylish coastal decor throughout\.
