## Description
Welcome to Slope Side Getaway — Your Year\-Round Mountain Retreat\!

Just a 3\-minute walk to the slopes, this former duplex turned cozy two\-story home is designed for adventure and connection\. Ideal for families, couples, and small retreats, it offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and unbeatable access to Big Bear's best attractions\.

Downstairs, you'll find a stylish lounge space with a large sectional sofa and TV — great for movie nights or casual hangouts\. The original kitchen has been reimagined into a convenient kitchenette, complete with small appliances, drinkware, and a bar\-top setup perfect for snacks and entertaining\.
