Direct bay front home located in the quiet location of Slaughter Beach\! Looking for an affordable water front vacation this year? This could be it\! This pet friendly home is just steps away from the beach\. Enjoy relaxing, swimming, and fishing right out your back door\!  The first floor consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area with TV, and a brand new bathroom \(just finished April 2024\)\. The garage area, also located on the first floor, is where you'll find the laundry area, and a few bikes that the owner is conveniently providing for guests to use\. On the 2nd level you'll find gorgeous views of the bay off the living area, as well as, peaceful views of protected wetlands off the kitchen and dining room\. There are also 3 bedrooms \(2 of which have bay front views\) and 1 full bath on this level\. This home is pet friendly, so bring your dogs and enjoy walking and playing with them on the beach any time of day\.

$200 non refundable pet fee, per pet\. Dogs Only\. \(max 3 dogs\)
A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $245\.40\.
Guests who book will be required to purchase damage insurance, and that is included in the host fees\.
