The home has beautiful luxury vinyl flooring with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms\.  The open living area has a large sectional sofa for comfortable seating and a large 82" flat screen TV\.  The dining area has room for six\.  The master suite has a king size bed, large walk\-in closet and the master bath a walk\-in shower\.  Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and there is an additional bedroom set up as an office and TV viewing room with a 65" tv, the office has a pull out sofa\.  Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo\. The screened in lanai has privacy and a wonderful seating arrangement to enjoy company and refreshments after a great fun filled day\.    The location is perfect, near Lake Sumter Landing and Colony Shopping Center where you will find a Publix Super Market, several restaurants and convenient shopping\.
