We are located on a quiet residential street 3 minutes north of downtown\. Most of the residents on our block are owner\-occupants\.

Since this property is just a 3\-minute drive to Over the Rhine and downtown, you can easily drive or Uber/Lyft to anything\. Once you are in downtown or Over the Rhine, everything is walkable, plus you can use the Streetcar for free and you'll find plenty of easily rentable Redbikes and scooters\.

Notes to be aware of: The second living room doubles as one of the 6 bedrooms\. It has a sofa bed and a queen bed in it\. The office desk is located in one of the bedrooms as well\. 

The driveway can fit two vehicles\. It can fit a large truck or SUV and a mid\-sized truck or SUV together\. However, it cannot fit two large trucks\.
