## Description
Welcome to The Lord Hampshire\! This Lake Winnisquam Studio has 2 Queen beds,  a small Kitchenette, and 3/4 bath\.  This little oasis has been tastefully decorated and equipped for your vacation relaxation\. There is a screened porch that perches right over the lake\.  You can't beat the view, that's for sure\!  Enjoy 650 feet of shared lake front with a large swim deck right on the channel\. 

Enjoy the sunshine on the deck and step right into the sandy shore to cool off on those hot summer days\.  

There is also a playground and a small, private swimming area for you to enjoy with the other guests at The Lord Hampshire\! Rent a boat at the local marina and use the Day Dock \(only\) to load up your supplies for a day of fun at the famous Sandbar\!  

Bring your kayaks \(or rent them\) and launch them right from the waterfront\. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at this location\.
