The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse and the hot tub are not available\. Newly updated 1 bedroom 1 bath 665 sq\. ft\. waterfront suite at gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club\. Convenient & quiet second floor walk up with water views from the private balcony\. Offers one queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area \(best for children\. Sheets for the sleeper must be requested at time of booking\)\. All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid surface kitchen with upgraded cabinetry\. New range and refrigerator\. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans\. This condo does not have a dishwasher\. There is no icemaker but there are ice trays\. New furnishings throughout\.
