Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo \(La Plata Loft \- 206 College\) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's historic tourist district\.  The condo is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries on Main Avenue

The condo was furnished with high end furnishings and both pull out sofas are from American Leather Sleeper, which is the most comfortable pull out sofa on the market\.

Master Bedroom \- King with TV and Ensuite Bath \(2nd Floor\)
2nd Bedroom \- Twin and twin sofa sleepers\. \(2nd Floor\)
Main Living Space \- King Pull Out Sofa \(Main Floor\)

The front door to the condo is on the 2nd level so stairs are required from the the street entrance\.

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day \(for a max $250 per stay\)\.
