It is located on the 2nd floor and has a beautiful, private balcony\.  There are no elevators at this complex\.  Just one block from the beach makes for an easy access to the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island\. Forest Ridge also has a community pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment\. Conveniently located to locally owned shops and restaurants\.  A short drive to Fort Clinch State Park or to Historic Center Street for shopping and dining\.One small dog under 40 pounds is permitted with a $250 non\-refundable pet fee\.No smoking in the condo or on the balcony\.
