Quintessential Rehoboth "Beach House" is located on the corner of First and Maryland in the ocean block\.  When you're not at the beach, shopping, biking or dining in one of the many restaurants that are steps away, you'll enjoy relaxing on the screened porch\.  Home is spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and CAC on the first floor and a large open "dorm" area with a balcony and a half bath on the second floor, updates include: new queen mattresses, new air conditioning unit for 2nd floor, new living room TV and new beachy window treatments\!  So many reasons to love this home:  Wireless Internet, outside shower, perfect location in the heart of Rehoboth, Parking for 5 cars, porches and decks, and of course, spacious, bright and very clean\. No smoking or pets please\.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.
