## Description
Coastal Blue \#1 is a 2 bedroom, 1\.5 bathroom property that is the ideal place to stay during your next visit to Amelia Island\. It has been recently updated including a new deck\. 

From the lower level guests enter the living room, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV\. The dining area seats four and is right next to the recently updated kitchen, including all new appliances, flooring, and countertops\. From the downstairs level, guests also have access to the laundry room with washer and dryer\.

Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level\. In the primary bedroom, guests will enjoy a cozy king mattress and flat screen TV\. Private balcony access can also be reached from the primary bedroom, where guests can enjoy the sound of waves crashing just across the street\.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds with new mattresses and linens as well\. The main bathroom on the second level has a tub/shower combination and a vanity with extra counter space\. Guests are provided all fresh bed linens and bath linens, including beach towels\.

Coastal Blue \#1 is the ideal location across the street from the beach, and convenient to everything on the island\. Located just 1/4 mile south of Main Beach and Fort Clinch, and just a 2 mile drive to downtown Fernandina Beach\.

Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management\. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions\. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement\. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created\. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs\.
