Cozy and renovated apartment on the second floor with 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and private parking\. 

An authentic apartment with a great location\.  Located in Coral Gabels, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami\. 

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay\. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, washer&dryer, linen,  towels, etc\. 

Parking spot available on premises\.

6\-month contract only

The apartment is located on the second floor of a multi\-family complex\. Each unit has its own parking space\. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood\. 
Queen bed in the main bedroom \+ full bed in second bedroom \+ sofa bed in the living room\. \(In case of using the sofa bed, please inform us of this matter, so it can be left ready for you\.\)

All check\-in and check\-out process is done remotely\. You will be provided with a unique code for entering\. More details about the process will be provided by direct message\.

If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided you with an extra charge\. 
Early check\-in and late check\-out if available can be provided at extra cost\.
A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee\. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself\. We’re sorry to inform you that cats are not accepted
A Refundable Damage Deposit fee of $ 500 dollars will be held on your credit card at check\-in\. This will be refunded after check\-out if no damage claim is made\.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets\. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation\.

Please note that there is a requirement for a 6\-month contract\.
