## Description
Nicely updated, you'll be glad you chose to stay in this two\-bedroom Turnberry Villa\.

The first floor consists of the kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as the guest bedroom and bathroom\. The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and updated cabinetry\. Just off the kitchen is the dining area\. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar area\.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds, HDTV, and an en\-suite guest bathroom\. These twin beds can be converted into a king if requested during the reservation process\. The guest bathroom has been recently renovated and includes a shower enclosure\.

Heading upstairs is the Primary bedroom and bathroom along with a landing area that includes a pull\-out sleeper sofa\. The Primary bedroom features a king\-size bed, a walk\-in closet, and an HDTV\. The Primary bathroom has also been fully renovated with a large, tiled walk\-in shower\.

All mattresses in this unit were replaced as of September 2025, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay\.

Outside on your private deck, you can enjoy a meal at the dining table with sweeping views of the George Fazio golf course\. There is a propane grill on the deck for all your grilling needs\. This Turnberry Villa is located very close to the Turnberry community pool\! The beach is easily accessed by a 15\-minute bike ride, a couple\-minute car ride, or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy on\-call shuttle \(seasonal\)\.

Complex pool is open April 1 – September 30\.
