The condo has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, A/C, etc\. The outside area at Condominium del Sol is beautifully landscaped and the private backyard patio makes this a lovely place to relax and fully enjoy your long\-term stay in Nosara\. The condominium offers a shared swimming pool, 24/7 gate security, and parking in the complex

Please be aware of desired items such as electronics, cash, and jewelry\. Petty theft incidents here are generally non\-confrontational and typically occur when no one is home during the hours of 5pm\-10pm\.
Please be sure to lock and secure all valuables, day and night\. Before leaving the house, check that all doors and windows are locked\. 

CONDO DEL SOL offers a guard for the property every evening\.
