The Space:
As you step into our stylish two\-story abode, you're greeted by a blend of modern aesthetics and home\-like comfort\. The space is thoughtfully designed to cater to an intimate group of eight guests\. Offering three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two tranquil rooms with plush King beds and a third cozy Queen retreat invite restful slumbers\. 

High\-speed WiFi, Roku TVs, and Hulu Live TV are available for your entertainment\. The living area is equipped with a 55" 4K Ultra HD TV and plenty of room to lounge\. For our traveling professionals, a dedicated workspace with a monitor and keyboard is ready and waiting\.

Unleash your culinary artistry in the fully equipped kitchen, which is stocked with a Keurig machine for your morning hot chocolates and a dishwasher for easy cleanups\. 

For your convenience, we've installed a washer and dryer\. Relax in the large suspended hammock or charge up your electric vehicle using the on\-premise charger\. Safety is our utmost priority, so the property is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher\.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire two\-story home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and outdoor spaces\. Parking is hassle\-free with plenty of space available\. You'll be able to self\-check\-in and check\-out with a smart lock equipped at the property\.

Other Things to Note: 
We are committed to protecting our property and the safety of our future guests, our neighbors, and the property owners\. As such, we: 
\-Require all guests to complete a guest verification form prior to being able to access the apartment\. This guest verification form includes uploading a government ID, taking a selfie, and signing a short\-term rental agreement\.
\-Monitor entrances to the property with external security cameras\.
\-Monitor the noise level of any property that shares walls with other homes, apartments or condos using a decibel monitor\. This device cannot record audio, it only monitors the decibel level inside of the property\.
