Beautiful home in the Sandestin golf and beach resort\! Includes a 6 person golf cart\! 3 bedrooms \(2 king beds and 1 full bed\) and 3 full baths\. The entire house has been upgraded including all new floors, kitchen, baths and paint\!  From the moment you step inside the house you'll see the beautiful bay\.  Close to Baytowne Wharf and the beach\.

We also have two twin sleeper sofas in the living room\.

The Space:
This house is nestled in a small group of homes that sit right on the Bay\. Not only is the setting beautiful but your location allows you to walk 1 min to the pool, 2 min to Baytowne Wharf or a 5 min golf cart ride to the Beach\.
