With a private pool, fenced yard, and close proximity to Coligny Plaza, this home is an exceptional choice for families and groups looking to enjoy the island lifestyle with ease\.

Inside, the home is light\-filled and welcoming with a relaxed, nautical\-inspired design\. The spacious kitchen and dining area greet you upon entry and are fully equipped for preparing meals and gathering together\. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, which features ample seating, a sleeper sofa, a flat\-screen TV, a cozy fireplace, and views of the private pool just outside\. The first\-floor primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat\-screen TV, and a private en\-suite bathroom with a walk\-in shower, offering comfort and privacy after a day at the beach\.
