The living area has hardwood floors and the furnishings are comfy\. The dining area is adjacent to the living room with seating for 6 and the same beautiful views including sliders to a side deck while dining\. 

Beyond is the kitchen with 2 bar stools at the granite covered breakfast bar and new stainless steel appliances, Conveniently, the full washer and dryer closet is off this area\.
