## Description
HILTON HEAD ISLAND\. 30 Haul Away is located in Palmetto Dunes Resort on a 11 mile lagoon which you can rent a canoe and fish for miles\. This home is an easy 10\-12 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the Marriott Resort and general store\. Palmetto Dunes is a private gated community that offers a full range of vacation activities including, golf, tennis, beach activities, spas, kayaking, biking, fishing and restaurants\.

This magnificent, spacious waterfront home features, cathedral ceilings, 4BR/4 Full\-BA, a two car garage and wood burning fireplace\.  The open floor plan great room has plenty of seating, TV, dining room seating 8 and sliding glass doors leading to the pool area\. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking\. 

The first bedroom is located just off of the living room and features a queen bed, TV, shares the hall bath with is also accessible from the pool area\. The second bedroom is at the front of the house and has a king bed, TV and private bath with tub/shower combo\. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and shares the hall bathroom with tub/shower combo\. The master bedroom is located at the back of the house overlooking the pool area\. This room has a king size bed, TV, and a private bath with double vanity and a tub/shower combo\.

The back of the house opens up to a beautiful infinity pool with waterfall\. There is a large deck area around the pool and a captivating view of the fishing and boating lagoon\. Fish from your own private dock\. You can rent kayaks, canoes, and bikes nearby\. 

We have used our best efforts to create a wonderful vacation experience for you, your family and friends\. The housekeeper has worked in this home 17 years, and guests can be assured your vacation home will be clean and well cared for\. Why not try us this year? We will not disappoint you\!
