Dining table to enjoy your meal with family and a beautiful living room with wood fire place to enjoy during the winter, you also have a TV and balcony\. Lower level with 2 bedrooms each with en\- suite bathroom, first room you will find two twin beds and second bedroom you have a queen bed\. Unit also offers washer / dryer set up\. This home is conveniently located just off Main Street and right next to a bus stop, giving you easy access to downtown Winter Park with all of its restaurants and sports shops\. The main attraction, Winter Park Resort, is only a four\-mile drive for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy in the winter and for hikers to enjoy in the summer\. Fraser is the closest town to Winter Park and is just a three\-mile drive from the condo\. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed\. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter\. This sheet\-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience\.
