This level also features one bedroom equipped with a queen\-sized bed, a full bathroom and direct access to the private patio that includes an outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after engaging in various activities\. A bonus room has been dedicated to a game room with air hockey table and flat screen TV\.
The second floor of the unit features an open floor plan enhanced by windows that invite the abundant Colorado sunlight indoors\.  In the living room, one can unwind on the comfortable sofa while enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace and the entertainment provided by the flat screen TV\.  This space also offers access to a private deck front deck to enjoy afternoon sunshine to enjoy refreshments\. The living room is conveniently located near the main dining area, which accommodates up to six guests, creating an ideal environment for social gatherings\.  Adjacent to this area, there is a half bathroom and modern kitchen\.  The kitchen boasts modern appliances, space for meal preparation area and a breakfast bar, accommodating up to two individuals for a quick bite before heading out and access to a secondary back private deck\. Smoking  and pets are prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or have pets will be subject to a 500 fine per day\.
