A bonus room has been dedicated to a game room with air hockey table and flat screen TV\.
The second floor of the unit features an open floor plan enhanced by windows that invite the abundant Colorado sunlight indoors\.  In the living room, one can unwind on the comfortable sofa while enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace and the entertainment provided by the flat screen TV\.  This space also offers access to a private deck front deck to enjoy afternoon sunshine to enjoy refreshments\. The living room is conveniently located near the main dining area, which accommodates up to six guests, creating an ideal environment for social gatherings\.  Adjacent to this area, there is a half bathroom and modern kitchen\.
