Situated on Main street in the heart of downtown, you will have convenient access to dining, shopping, nightlife, summer festivals and the complimentary town shuttle \- our condominium is perfect for families or small groups looking to experience the area and its mountain vistas\.
The unit is situated on the third floor, accessible via an elevator and showcases a beautifully modern, upscale decor throughout\. The primary living room boasts numerous large windows, allowing you to take in both mountain and downtown views\.  There are ample cozy spaces to relax, featuring a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV that offers comcast cable and ROKU, along with complimentary Wi\-FI and access to a private deck\.  Please be aware that air conditioning is not provided\.
Next to the living room, there are two spaces allocated for dining, featuring the conventional table and chair arrangement or accommodating four guests at the breakfast bar\.  The stylish kitchen boasts granite countertops, wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances and is open to the main living area, allowing the chef to engage in social interactions while preparing meals\.
The primary bedroom includes a lavish queen\-sized bed along with an en\-suite bathroom\. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen\-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, accommodating a total of 4 guests; it also features a flat screen TV, an en\-suite full bathroom and access to the private deck\.
Additional amenities on property for guest to use will be a designated ski locker, common area laundry and 1 reserved parking spot in the car port and additional outdoor parking in the main building parking areas\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
