Sandy Shores \#305 \- This condo is light and bright with tropical decor and many windows looking out and over Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico\. Living area has ample seating, and opens out to the beach front balcony\. Large bedroom has two queen beds, television and walk in closet\. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests\. Enjoy free WiFi\. Please note there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area\. There is no phone in this condo\. 

Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas\.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed\.

As a SunHost guest at Sandy Shores, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes\. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person\. This is a non smoking home\. Sorry, NO Pets allowed\.
