Spacious 4 bedroom plus family room, 2 bath 1700 square foot house with two car garage\. Partial view of ocean from the upstairs family room, master\-bedroom and large deck\. Nicely furnished and well appointed home\. Newly built 2009, two stories with 2 car garage and fenced backyard\. First floor has two bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a queen bed\. Additionally, the kitchen, dining, a full bathroom with tub, garage, and large backyard\. Second floor has two more bedrooms both with queen beds, one has access to the large deck with partial ocean views\. Upstairs there is the second bath, family room, wet bar, and access to the deck with plenty of outdoor seating\.  Access to beach is just behind Coates street, does require stairs to get down to beach unless you choose to drive down\.
Pet friendly home\- 50 lb max with pet fee and agreement\.
