Spend your days strolling along the boardwalk and fishing off the pier and your evenings enjoying the nightlife on the Esplanade\. Recently updated with new paint, floors, bathrooms and furniture\. This home also offers the rare off street parking with a garage and carport, this is compact parking please be aware the overhead is short we recommend only sedans or small SUV's\. Small pets only under 25 lbs with pet fee\.
