No room of the condominium was untouched\! Some of the highlights of the renovation include:• All new flooring throughout the condominium\.• There are two new master suites, each with updated bathrooms and featuring king beds\.• Fresh paint throughout the home\.• Removal of popcorn ceilings\.• Many kitchen improvements including hard countertops\.• All new bedding with cheerful seaside decor\.• New swinging chair on oceanfront deck\.• All new beach themed decorations throughout condominium\.• Finally, a new sofa as well as living room accents\.311 Summerhouse is an end condominium\. This ideal location provides the property with extra square footage, extra windows, and accommodates a second master suite\. The spacious kitchen and separate breakfast room are additional unique features of an end property\. Best yet, is the commanding view of the Summerhouse pool and the Atlantic Ocean from the oceanfront deck, living room, and both master suites\. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet\.\- Fireplaces are not for guest use\.\- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes\.\- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes\.
