The Barrington complex has a large community heated\* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons\. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach\. Barrington Court has everything you will need for your next family vacation\. 

\*\*WINDOW/DOOR AND RECOATING PROJECT scheduled for Barrington Arms Building tentatively scheduled for November 2026 until March 22nd, 2027\. What to expect: Scaffolding & construction noise\*\* \(Updated 8/26/26\)

Project Timeline and Outage Schedule:

Fall 2026 \(Preparatory Work\): Initial preliminary work will begin\. This work will not impact daily elevator operations\.
First Week of January 2027 \(Full Shutdown\): The elevator will be taken completely out of service to begin the heavy upgrade work\. This phase will take 4 to 6 weeks\.
Mid\-to\-Late February 2027 \(Testing\): An additional 1 to 2 weeks will be dedicated to strict acceptance testing and demobilization\.
Early March 2027 \(Completion\): We expect the fully modernized elevator to be back in service on or before the first week of March 2027\.
