## Description
Enjoy this beautiful contemporary condo with ocean views\!  The kitchen was recently renovated, featuring Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything a family chef needs to bring the family together around a home\-cooked meal\.  In the fall of 2025, this villa underwent a minor facelift that included renovations to both bathrooms, updated TVs, living area window treatments, paint, hardware and furnishings\.

Villamare, located in Palmetto Dunes, is on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean, and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers\. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on\-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, and two gorgeous oceanfront pools\. You can't go wrong with Villamare\!  

\*\*HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3\.  Crews will work from the 5th floor downward\. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete\. 
 What to Expect
•	Work hours will be 9:00 a\.m\. to 5:00 p\.m\.
•	Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise\.
•	The painting process takes approximately one hour per area\. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry\.
•	A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours\.
