This spacious home is located on a quiet street just 3 blocks to the beach in Bethany\.  Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the town park which includes a basketball court and a children's playground\.  \| Ground level:  Entrance foyer, enclosed and lighted outside shower, covered parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for 2 more\. \| Mid Level:  Open living room with cathedral ceiling, dining room with seating for 10 and kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 2 and a screened porch on the front of the house\.  There is a Queen Master Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with Pyramid bunk \(double on bottom and single on top\)\. \| Top Level:  Open loft area with TV and access to front deck\.  Queen Master Bedroom with TV, 2 Queen Bedrooms with a shared bath\. Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\. No Pets, No Smoking\. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent\. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO\.
