Located just steps from the pool and beach access\. 

This centrally located villa is the perfect place to relax when you're not out exploring Fripp Island and the other surrounding islands and beaches\. Downstairs offers an open, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 5\. A spacious living room with patio access, where there is an additional outdoor dining/seating area for 4\. The patio also has a built\-in charcoal grill\. A full bath and a laundry area with a washer and dryer are located downstairs as well\. 

The upstairs offers two bedrooms each with a walk\-in shower and a balcony off the master bedroom\. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds\. Sleeping 4 comfortably in bedrooms, while the sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping for up to 2 additional guests\. 

You will have access to the pool, directly beside the villa\. 

Amenity cards are not available to purchase with this rental\. 

Reservations are subject to a 3\.5% processing fee\.
