Third bedroom has 2 twins\.  Living room has comfortable seating with TV/DVD player\.  The kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher with dinette set and private enclosed patio\.  Free internet access\.  Unit is licensed for a maximum occupancy of 6 people with no more than 2 vehicles allowed\. 1 Pet OK with approval and $75 non refundable pet fee\.  No smoking\. 
Use of free laundry room is included with rental\.
