A 2nd floor 2\-bedroom, 2\-bath Villamare villa surrounded by lagoons and paved walkways winding through lush gardens\.  The two private balconies are perfect for relaxing and taking in the ocean air\.   The king master suite offers a private bathroom with granite counters, a walk\-in shower, and a garden tub\. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with 2 queen beds\. The 2nd bedroom's private bathroom also has granite counters and a tub/shower combination\. This Palmetto Dunes villa has everything you need for your next family vacation\. 

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers\. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on\-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as two gorgeous oceanfront pools\. You can't go wrong with Villamare\!  

\*HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3\.  Crews will work from the 5th floor downward\. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete\. 
 What to Expect
•	Work hours will be 9:00 a\.m\. to 5:00 p\.m\.
•	Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise\.
•	The painting process takes approximately one hour per area\. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry\.
•	A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours\.
