This property has been a short term rental since 2015 \- Vacation Rental Collective took over management in November 2023 \(it previously had 600 reviews with a 4\.84 rating\)\.

Our studio apartment is just a 5 minute walk to historic downtown Durango and all of the downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment including the famous Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Museum\.  The apartment is also less then a 10 minute walk to Santa Rita Park and the Animas River \(with great fishing and a 5 mile trail along the river\)\.

The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, Washer/dryer, one assigned off street parking space next to the apartment and a window AC Unit in the summer and fall\.  A King bed, Smart TV with cable and deck with views round out the full compliment of amenities included\.

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $50 per stay\.
