This adorable split level unit sleeps a total of 6 and is the front unit of the duplex\.  In the heart of downtown, very close to the convention center, beach, shopping, restaurants, and arcade\. The kitchen includes oven/stove, microwave, coffee pot\. The living room has gas fireplace, cable TV with premium channel package, DVD player\. The dining area is right off the kitchen\. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms all with brand new comfortable beds, one with a queen, the other with two double beds\. All linens and towels are provided \(please bring beach towels for beach use\)\. Beach toys and games are provided as well as portable chairs to take to the beach\. The location is ideal as well as the price\! Great for a family, 2 couples,  Wireless internet access and pet friendly \(up to 2 dogs, no cats please\)   with permission and  $75 non\-refundable pet fee per pet\.   Parking for 2 cars \(this unit\)\. Shared back yard
