Beach Service Included\!  This gorgeous unit located on the 2nd floor of building 3 has spectacular views of the pool and beach\.  The updated kitchen has a unique curved bar with a built\-in wine cooler and service sink\.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops\.  The living room has a large flat screen TV with beautiful views and access to the spacious balcony\.   The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and private balcony access\.  The master bathroom also has a separate dressing area with double sinks and large shower\.  The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a flat screen TV and the guest bathroom has a stand\-up shower\.  Unit has free WI\-FI\.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach\. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools \(one is heated seasonally\), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more\!  Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn\. Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian\. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25\. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising\. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit\.
