Perfect place to gather and enjoy roasting marshmallows, barbecuing, or just hanging out with friends and family\. Back yard has stairs that will take you to the huge wrap\-around deck with panoramic ocean view\. Nautical decor and cozy touches throughout house\. Four bedrooms upstairs, 1 King, 2 queens and one with twin over full bunk that has ocean views\. Deck is accessible from 2 bedrooms upstairs including master bedroom has an avocado green brand mattress\. Bonus sleeping room with two bunk beds located downstairs with access from the backyard with separate entry\. Dogs are allowed, however you must agree to pet policies and there is a $200\.00 additional pet rent, per pet\.  Maximum of two small dogs \(under 30 lbs each\) or one dog under 65 lbs\.
