Perfect size for larger families with washer and dryer on each floor\! This home is located in the quiet residential area known as Country Club Estates\. Three off\-street parking spaces are available\. Enjoy upgraded Xfinity Hi\-Speed Internet and HDTV\. Pets are welcome with a $300 non\-refundable Fee and addendum\. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply\. Guests pay $250 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights\.
