This lovely home is ready for your vacation stay\! With loads of living space, areas for games \(shuffleboard\!\!\) with an 85"TV and five bedrooms too you may never want to leave\. The home features two King bedroom suites with 55" TV's and sitting areas making it a great choice for those with two families\. The living room and kitchen are open concept and great for gatherings\. The exterior deck with grill, dining table and lounge area will be the spot to be after a day at the beach, on the golf course or spent lounging at the community pools\. Guests of this property will have access to the private Jack Nicklaus golf course with a fee\. Guests will enjoy nature walks through hundreds of acres of private nature paths that provide beautiful views of the bay\. There is an indoor pool, spa, basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts including clay courts, an outdoor family wave pool, and adult only swimming pool with hot tub\. The Lakeside Village also includes a state of the art work out facility and the newly renovated restaurant, The Terrace Grill, or have a special dinner out at the Club\. Drive to the Rehoboth boardwalk, the quaint town of Lewes, or lovely town of Bethany\. This property does not allow pets\. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO\. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.
