Beautifully appointed three level, 4 bedroom, 4 bath estate with spectacular ocean views from almost every room\. Spacious, open floor plan throughout, formal living area off the entry with a grand piano and two family rooms to enjoy a movie or play games\. Enjoy a stroll down to Manresa State beach or even just around the lovely La Selva neighborhood\. In the evening cozy around the fire right on the front deck for roasting marshmallows with the family\. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen and all other amenities with comfortable beds, linens, plenty of parking and a welcoming atmosphere\. This is a one of a kind home that will create memories that will last a lifetime, great for multiple families or small offsite retreats\.
Built in swimming pool is automatically heated for mid June to Mid Aug\.\. Pool heat is NOT available from Nov\-May\. Pool can be heated during the available off season months of early June, early Aug, Sept and Oct at an additional fee of $500 per stay\.
