Heads up\! Our building is getting its final round of updates to make sure everything stays safe, attractive, and comfortable for the long haul\. Most of what’s left involves painting the exterior and balconies, plus a few finishing touches in shared spaces like the stairwells\. You might see workers around or hear some daytime noise, but it should be much quieter than before\.

Work will only happen Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM\. Weekends are noise\-free\.

It’s stocked with everything you need, and it opens right into a spacious living and dining area—so you’re never far from those ocean panoramas\. The living room is set up for relaxing, with Wi\-Fi and cable TV\. Don’t worry about packing too much: there’s a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience\. Of course, you’ll want to get outside and enjoy the beach or explore the island, too\.
