This transitionally\-styled home is immaculate and professionally decorated to please your sense of style It boasts a second floor covered deck as well as 3rd floor sun deck\. Get away to one of the two spacious livings areas both equip with big screen smart tvs, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, propane BBQ, lake Gerar Views, just 1 block to ocean, 2 off street parking spots, so close in you will never move your car\. Two queens, 3 singles and a double sofa sleeper in the bonus room\. This property can be rented along with the downstairs house which has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large front porch and beautifully decorated\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $229\.75\.
