The back deck has outdoor furniture and privacy fence \(not fully enclosed\)\. Quiet north Seaside with charming, peaceful, magical enjoyment\. Free Wifi included\.  Fireplace is not permitted for use\. No smoking or pets please\. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles\. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY\.
