Our townhome in nestled into the natural red rock landscape with a large patio and private hot tub\. Get your insta\-worthy videos and photos while taking in the natural beauty of the setting :\)  This central location provides seamless access to all of Moab's iconic attractions, including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, world\-renowned mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV routes, and unforgettable desert scenery\.

The Steelbender OHV trail is just down the street as well as petroglyphs and hiking trails\. You'll be located just steps away from the Moab golf course, open year round\.  

Inside, you'll find a fully\-stocked kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, and a dining room perfect for gathering\. Step outside to the wrap\-around patio, complete with a gas grill, outdoor seating and a private hot tub\. Whether you're cooking up a meal or relaxing with a cup of freshly ground local coffee \(provided with your stay\), you'll be immersed in the desert vibes Moab is famous for\. 

Designed with multiple families or groups in mind, our townhome offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own full attached bathroom—yes, 3 master suites\! Enjoy meals together in the well\-equipped kitchen or dine al fresco on the large patio\. After a day of exploration, unwind in the private hot tub, conveniently located just outside the downstairs bedroom, and take in the starry desert sky\.

Our townhome has comfy furnishing throughout and with high\-speed Wi\-Fi, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and a one\-car garage with additional driveway parking, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and stress\-free stay\.
