## Description
3502 Windsor Court is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse level villa with wonderful ocean views from most rooms\. This villa is nicely decorated with soothing beach colors\. Tile floors, starting in the entry foyer, flow into the dining room and into the updated kitchen\. 

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a tile backsplash\. Off the kitchen there is a separate laundry room with a full washer and dryer\. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area and has seating for two at the raised breakfast bar\.  The open living room has beautiful hardwood floors, a wall mounted 55" flat screen TV and a large balcony offering an incredible glistening ocean view\.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and a beautifully updated bathroom, with a large walk\-in shower and double vanity\. This bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds, out to the Atlantic Ocean\. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, along with a Twin bed, a private recently renovated bathroom with a shower/tub combo and access to the balcony shared with the living room\.

Windsor Court is a fantastic complex with a pool, spa, a kiddie pool, playground, sun deck, fire pit area and grilling area\. A short ride down the elevator and you will be steps to this complex and the Atlantic Ocean\.
