## Description
You can't beat the view from this great, 2 BR / 2BA unit on the fifth floor of building three\!  The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a great meal when you feel like eating in and enjoying the view\.  The dining room seats 6 and the living room has a sofa sleep that will accommodate 2 extra people\.  There is balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom\.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination\.  The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination\.  Relax, un\-wind and enjoy the spectacular view while listening to the waves crash to the shore\.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach\. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools \(one is heated seasonally\), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more\!  Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn\. Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian\. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25\. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising\. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit\.
