## Description
Location, Location, Location\!  This home is just perfect for your Rehoboth Beach vacation\! A bit over one block to the ocean and four blocks to the North end of the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk\.  Offering Six bedrooms, a master on the first and second floors; fabulous open family spaces on the main floor and basement level, which offers a bar area\. The chef in your group will be overjoyed with the kitchen that offers a gas range that houses one large oven in addition to another wall oven, and a wine refrigerator in the kitchen bar area\.  Great outdoor space as well \- an  open patio for grilling, a front covered porch and a sun room for curling up with a book on a cloudy day\. \. \. \. or binge watch or favorite shows on either of the two 55" smart TVs\!  Ceiling fans in the living and sleeping areas as well as central air conditioning\.  The ambience is enhanced with two gas fireplaces to add to the overall ambiance \(to be used in off season months only\)\. Always hot water due to the Rinnai system and never without power due to a generator\. Thoughtfully outfitted home also includes 2 baby gates for your little ones\.  Wireless Internet, cable, flat screen TVs and two parking spaces are provided \- one in the garage and one in the driveway\. BONUS: Owners provides 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits\!  NOTE that driveway is best suited for compact cars\.  NO Pets Permitted\.
